Eat an orange ever morning !

Or any Vitamin C ? I guess .

Avoid mono-sodium Benzoate.

No idea what it is .

But at least I know that is something that can be found in juices, pickles, olives and salad dressings.

More than enough larh !

Choose chicken not beef !

Man's Best Friend ! (Can be ladies best friend also right !? Ladies ! don't be sad!)

A dog is for life - your life.

And no, we're not barking mad .

Not least because owning a dog will force you to take that 30-minutes daily walk the experts prescribe for good health.

Other scientifically proven benefits include:

Allergy Aid.

American researchers shown that having a dog as a child halved the risk of becoming allergic to them later in life.

Mood booster.

Researchers at the Uni of Portsmouth have discovered that walking a dog every day helps to ward off loneliness and depression, as you meet other people while you're out and about.

Heart health.

A US study of people who'd had a heart attack found that those who had a dog were more likely to be alive a year later than patients who were Fido-free.

Stable weight.

Another study of 2000 adults revealed that the people with dogs were less likely to be obese and were more mobile - especially the older ones.

My   Deedee brings amount of benefits to me !

Love ya Deedee !

Mommy love you always ! :)

Guitar !

Yeah ! So damn freaking happy !

Finally I can know more about you guitar !

Gonna learn guitar !

Just nearby my house .

So dam near !

Will go and buy a guitar !

Then I can sleep with it every night !

Woohooo ! :)

Thats all !

*Cheers !*
